U ulici Nikole Đakonovića u Ulcinju došlo je do saobraćajne nesreće, u kojoj je povrijeđen državljanin Republike Albanije, H.E. (20), saznaje portal Ul info.
Nakon ukazane prve pomoći u ulcinjskoj Hitnoj pomoći, H.E. je prebačen u barsku bolnicu.
