Miodrag Bešović nije prijavio prihode
Agencija za sprečavanje korupcije (ASK) utvrdila je da je odbornik Nove srpske demokratije u Skupštini Glavnog grada, Miodrag Bešović, prekršio Zakon o sprečavanju korupcije, jer u svom imovinskom kartonu nije prijavio 2.100 eura koje je dobio od partije.
U odluci ASK se navodi da je Bešović 20. oktobra na usmenoj raspravi izjavio da je do propusta u prijavljivanju pomenutog prihoda došlo zbog tehničke greške, te da mu nije bila namjera da bilo šta prikrije.
Bešović je dodao da će naknadno dostaviti dopunu Izvještaja i prijaviti taj prihod, što je i učinio, jer je uvidom u izvještaj od 23. oktobra utvrđeno da je naknadno prijavio prihod od Nove u neto iznosu od 2.100 eura.
“Agencija je cijenila navode koje je na usmenoj raspravi iznio Bešović, kao i Izvještaj o prihodima i imovini imenovanog na zahtjev Agencije od 23. oktobra, u kojem je naknadno prijavio sporni prihod i našla da isti nijesu od značaja za drugačije odlučivanje u ovoj upravnoj stvari”, navodi se u odluci ASK.
Bešović je, kako je obrazloženo u odluci, bio dužan da prihod prijavi u Izvještaju o prihodima i imovini za 2016. do 31.marta ove godine, što nije učinio.
