Ekonomsko državljanstvo za privlačenje direktnih stranih investicija
Na Forumu je učestvovao predsjednik Atlas Grupe Duško Knežević .
Glavna tema foruma je ekonomsko državljanstvo posebno u kontekstu migrancije investitora, tržišta čija vrijednost se procjenjuje na 50 milijardi eura direktnih stranih investicija.
Kako se navodi u saopštenju Atlas Grupe, specijalni gosti foruma bili su u Monaku bilu su i generalni director UNESCO-a Irina Bokova, Kofi Anan, bivši generalni sekretar UN-a, Manuel Baroso, bivši premijer Portugala i bivši predsjednik EK general Vesli Klark, član borda Klintonove Globalne Inivijative, Mario David, član parlamenta EU i potpredsjednik Evropske narodne partije .
Aktuelni I bivši politički lideri govorili su o najvažnijim socijalnim, političkim i ekonomskim pitanjima vezanim za migracione trendove i izbjeglicku krizu u Evropi koji pogađaju i naš region i istakli potrebu koordiniranog pristupa rješavanju ovih izazova.
Na forumu u Monaku prezentovana su i iskustva zemalja članica Evropske Unije poput Malte, Portugala, Kipra i Bugarske koje već godinima implementiraju program ekonomskog državljanstva.
Kao najuspješniji modeli istaknuti su programi koji podrazumjevaju investicije u privredu i nekretnine, državne obveznice i posebne fondove namjenjenu jačanju preduzetništva i start up ekonomije zemalja koje uvode program.
Organizator Foruma u Monaku je Arton Capital, firma specijalizovana za međunarodnu promociju i implemantaciju projekta ekonomskog državljanstva.
Predstavnici ove kompanije u junu ove godine u Porto Montenegeru, prezentovali su program ekonomskog državljanstva .
Implementaciju projekta ekonomskog državljanstva, koji bi mogao poboljšati konkurentnost i priliv kapitala iz cijelog svijeta razmatraju i zemlje našeg regiona Hrvatska, Slovenija i Albanija.
Crna Gora od 2010. razmatra uvođenje ekonomskog državljanstva i usklađivanje ovog projekta sa procesom evropskih integracijna. Na implementaciju crnogorskog ekonomskog državljanstva povoljno gledaju investitori i privredni sektor.
Pored predsjednika Atlas Grupe, na forumu u Monaku iz Crne Gore učestvovali su i predstavnici Stratex Grupe, Vlade i advokatskih kancelarija.
