Taksista, koji je danas uletio među ljude na trotoaru u centru Moskve, nedaleko od Crvenog trga, pri čemu je povrijeđeno osmoro ljudi, izgubio je kontrolu nad vozilom, javila je agencija Tass, pozivajući se na izvore iz MUP, a snimci događaja objavljeni su na društvenim mrežama.
Rojters navodi da je vozač taksija nosio crne pantalone i majicu, a na snimku se vidi da je pokušao da pobjegne sa lica mjesta.
