Novčanica u apoenu od 500 EURA više se NEĆE ŠTAMPATI
Sedamnaest od 19 centralnih banaka u eurozoni od 27. januara 2019. više neće izdavati novčanicu u apoenu od 500 eura, saopštila je Evropska centralna banka.
Da bi se osigurala nesmetana tranzicija i iz logističkih razloga, Centralna banka Nemačke (Bundesbanka) i Centralna banka Austrije nastaviće da do 26. aprila 2019. godine izdaju tu novčanicu, navodi se na zvaničnom sajtu ECB-a.
Postojeće novčanice u apoenu od 500 eura nastaviće da budu zakonito sredstvo plaćanja, što znači da će građani i dalje moći da ih koriste bilo za plaćanja ili za štednju. Banke, mjenjačnice i druge komercijalne stranke će, kako je saopšteno iz ECB, moći da u opticaju zadrže postojeće novčanice od 500 eura.
Kao i sve denominacije novčanica eura, novčanica od 500 eura uvijek će zadržati svoju vrijednost i moći će da se, u svakom trenutku, zamijeni u bilo kojoj centralnoj banci u eurozoni.
