PREKO LEĐA GRAĐANA: Potrošači struje platili 74 miliona gubitaka na mreži i subvencija
Crnogorski potrošači električne energije su za posljednjih pet godina platili oko 74,3 miliona eura za subvencije privatnim vlasnicima malih hidroelektrana (mHE) i vjetroelektrane Krnovo i tehničke gubitke Crnogorskom elektrodistributivnom sistemu (CEDIS), saopšteno je iz NVO Akcija za socijalnu pravdu koja je te podatke dobila na osnovu Zakona o slobodnom pristupu informacija.

Pravni savjetnik pri toj NVO Ines Mrdović kazala je da je od sredine 2014. godine, kada je počela rad prva mHE, pa do kraja novembra prošle godine, za struju iz 13 mHE isplaćeno 13,4 miliona eura subvencija.
“Kada se tome doda 20,9 miliona za struju iz VE Krnovo dolazi se do ogromne brojke od 34,3 miliona plaćenih subvencija”, navela je Mrdović.
Kada je riječ o tehničkim gubicima na distributivnoj mreži, Ines je ukazala da je njihov ukupan iznos za prethodnih pet godina oko 40 miliona eura.
Prema njenim riječima, ako se uzme u obzir iznos subvencija plaćenih za 11 mjeseci prošle godine, moglo bi se procijeniti da će one u naredne tri godine iznositi najmanje 40 miliona eura.
“Potrošači će posebno, a shodno odluci Regulatorne agencije za energetiku , za tehničke gubitke u tom periodu platiti i oko 35 miliona”, zaključila je Mrdović.
