Pročitajte ove savjete i nema šanse da zaboravite da popijete vodu

Iako stručnjaci savjetuju da je potrebno da pijete dva litra vode u toku jednog dana, mnogi to zaborave jer piju vodu samo kada osjete jaku žeđ.

Svi znamo da moramo da popijemo dva litra vode dnevno jer je to dobro za naše zdravlje, ali koliko se nas stvarno pridržava toga. Razlog manjeg unosa vode u organizam kod većine je zapravo banalan, jednostavno zaboravimo da pijemo vodu kada ne osjećamo jaku žeđ.

Kako vam se to ne bi događalo, predstavljamo vam nekoliko jednostavnih trikova pomoću kojih ćete češće unositi vodu u organizam i tako zadovoljiti dnevne potrebe, na čemu će vam vaše tijelo biti itekako zahvalno.

1. Uvijek nosite flašicu vode sa sobom. Stavite jednu u torbicu ili torbu za teretanu, a oni koji imaju kancelarijski posao obavezno neka drže flašu sa vodom na stolu. Ako i ne sjedite cijeli dan na poslu za stolom, nosite flašu sa vodom sa sobom ili je stavite negdje gdje će vam biti vidljiva i dostupna.

2. Ako niste ljubitelj obične vode, dodajte u nju razne ukuse kako bi vam bila ukusnija. Narežite nekoliko kriški limuna, narandže, grejpa ili bilo kog drugog voća i ubacite u vodu. Odmah će biti drugačijeg ukusa zbog čega ćete je lakše piti. Takođe, voćni čajevi su dobra zamjena za običnu vodu.

3. Svaki put kada sjednete da doručkujete, ručate ili večerate kod kuće, sipajte u čašu vodu i stavite je na sto. Tako nećete zaboraviti da popijete. Ako ste u restoranu, uvijek uz obrok naručite i čašu vode.

4. Napravite podsjetnik. Napišite na papirić podsjetnik da treba da popijete vodu i stavite na frižider kod kuće ili vaše radno mjesto i tako sigurno nećete moći da kažete da ste zaboravili da popijete dovoljno vode.

5. Jedite ljute papričice. Osim što ćete zbog njih morati da pijete puno vode da “ugasite vatru” u ustima, istraživanja su pokazala kako je ljuta paprika i te kako dobra za ubrzavanje metabolizma.
