“Kao nosioci najviših funkcija izvršne vlasti, članovi Vlade imaju veću javnu odgovornost da ličnim primjerom a zakonitim postupanjem doprinose afirmaciji i promociji ambijenta vladavine prave, snaženju integriteta javne uprave, ali i njegovanju kulture dijaloga”, poručeno je iz Agencije za sprečavanje korupcije.
“Vjerujemo da su četvoro ministara koji su platili novčane kazne uvažili te pravne i civilizacijske standarde i činjenicu da član Zakona koga se nijesu pridržavali ne poznaje gradaciju prekršaja niti odmjerava o kakvim podacima i kojoj količini je riječ, već samo propisuje šta je javni funkcioner dužan da prijavi u imovinskom kartonu,” navodi se u reagovanju Agencije.
Podsjećamo da je Agencija izdala prekršajne naloge kojima su ministri Mladen Bojanić, Jelena Borovinić Bojović, Olivera Injac, Jakov Milatović, Đorđe Radulović, Tamara Srzentić, Ratko Mitrović i premijer Zdravko Krivokapić kažnjeni novčanim kaznama u iznosu od po 500 eura zbog kršenja Zakona o sprečavanju korupcije.
