PODGORICA: ISTRAGA O PADU VOJNOG HELIKOPTERA NIJE OKONČANA NI NAKON GODINU I PO DANA

Pro­šlo je vi­še od go­di­nu i po da­na od ka­da je to­kom re­dov­ne le­tač­ke obu­ke pao he­li­kop­ter Voj­ske Cr­ne Go­re ti­pa „ga­ze­la”, a is­tra­ga ko­ju je tim po­vo­dom po­kre­nu­lo Vi­še tu­ži­la­štvo i da­lje tra­je. To nam je po­tvr­dio za­mje­nik vi­šeg dr­žav­nog tu­ži­o­ca Želj­ko Tom­ko­vić, ko­ji po­stu­pa u tom pred­me­tu.
Od­mah na­kon ne­zgo­de, Tom­ko­vić je do­nio na­red­bu ko­jom je od­re­đe­no sa­o­bra­ćaj­no vje­šta­če­nje ra­di utvr­đi­va­nja svih okol­no­sti pod ko­ji­ma je do­šlo do ne­zgo­de, ko­je je po­vje­re­no sud­skom vje­šta­ku iz obla­sti va­zdu­ho­plo­va i te­le­ko­mu­ni­ka­ci­ja Pre­dra­gu Bo­lje­vi­ću.

Sa­mo 17 da­na na­kon pa­da „ga­ze­le”, iz Mi­ni­star­stva od­bra­ne su sa­op­šti­li da je ko­mi­si­ja za is­pi­ti­va­nje van­red­nog do­ga­đa­ja – ude­sa va­zdu­ho­plova utvr­di­la da je he­li­kop­ter od da­na pro­iz­vod­nje, 8. apri­la 1991, re­dov­no odr­ža­van u skla­du sa pro­pi­si­ma pro­iz­vo­đa­ča. O to­me su oba­vi­je­sti­li nad­le­žnog tu­ži­o­ca, a jav­no­sti su ob­ja­sni­li na osno­vu če­ga je ko­mi­si­ja do­ni­je­la za­klju­čak
– Ko­mi­si­ja je to­kom utvr­đi­va­nja uzro­ka ude­sa va­zdu­ho­plo­va uze­la u ob­zir i sle­de­će pa­ra­me­tre: ras­po­lo­ži­vu do­ku­men­ta­ci­ju, ma­te­ri­jal­ne do­ka­ze, iz­ja­vu jed­nog čla­na po­sa­de va­zdu­ho­plo­va, iz­ja­ve oče­vi­da­ca ude­sa, iz­ja­ve li­ca od­go­vor­nih za pla­ni­ra­nje, or­ga­ni­zo­va­nje i ru­ko­vo­đe­nje le­tje­njem i iz­ja­ve teh­nič­kog oso­blja ko­je je pri­pre­mi­lo va­zdu­ho­plov za let – sa­op­šte­no je ta­da iz Mi­ni­star­stva od­bra­ne.

U te­nut­ku pa­da u le­tje­li­ci su bi­li pi­lo­ti pu­kov­nik Na­mik Ari­fo­vić, za­mje­nik ko­man­dan­ta Va­zdu­ho­plov­stva Voj­ske Cr­ne Go­re, i pot­pu­kov­nik Mi­ro­ljub An­ta­na­si­je­vić. Obo­ji­ca su pre­ži­vje­la pad, ali su za­do­bi­li te­ške po­vre­de, zbog ko­jih je Ari­fo­vić jed­no vri­je­me bio u ko­mi.
