Pod kojim uslovima vjenčani par u crkvi može zvanično da se razvede?
Vjenčanje u crkvi je postalo popularno u regionu poslednjih decenija. Međutim, sve učestalija postaje i potreba da crkva izda potvrdu o razvodu braka.
Ranije to nije bilo moguće, ali sada, ova vjerska institucija to čini. Bez ikakve ceremonije ili obreda, bivši supružnici mogu da dobiju pismenu potvrdu eparhije da više nisu u braku, piše Beograd.in.
Šta je potrebno učiniti za ovo parče papira i imaju li ljudi dozvolu da ponovo stanu pred crkveni oltar?
Nezvanično, svaki deseti brak sklopljen na ovaj način, bude i prekinut. A broj onih koji dobiju potvrdu od crkve o razvodu, razlikuje se od eparhije do eparhije, ali je sve češća pojava.
Oni koji se razvedu na ovaj način, mogu da stanu pred oltar još samo tri puta.
Za crkveni razvod, kako kaže sveštenik Radomir Sredojević, potrebno je malo novca i dva papira.
Prije svega, sveštenici pokušaju da pomire par koji ne želi da živi više zajedno, a kada im to ne pođe za rukom, prelazi se i na konačno rješavanje, odnosno razvod.
„Ne postoji nikakav čin razvoda, crkva samo na kraju izda pismenu potvrdu da supružnici više nisu vjenčani. Dovoljno je da prilože odluku građanskog suda da su se razveli s pismenim izjavama o razlozima za razvod.
Na kraju dobijaju običan papir koji je potpisao patrijarh, episkop ili sveštenik iz eparhije“, objašnjava otac Sredojević.
Najčešći razlozi za razvod braka prema crkvenim propisima su: preljuba, zlobno napuštanje, ili dovođenje u opasnost bračnog druga, otpadništvo od vjere.
O svemu tome odlučuje crkveni sud koji određuje čija je krivica i propisuje mu mjeru kojom više nema pravo da se vjenča u crkvi.
Dosadašnje iskustvo pokazuje da se crkvi sa ovakvim zahtjevom obraćaju najčešće oni koji žele da sklope crkveni brak s novim partnerom.
„Na primjer, kada imate situaciju da muž želi razvod od žene jer je zavolio drugu, crkva mu kao krivcu za razlaz, neće dozvoliti još jedno sklapanje braka pred oltarom“, ističe Sredojević.
Niko od vjerskih glavešina ne gleda blagonaklono na raskid braka, ali su svjesni da se vremena mijenjaju i da je sve bolje od nasilja i netrpeljivosti.
