MUP: Osuđujemo objavljivanje snimaka oduzimanja djece
Iz Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova (MUP) saopšili su da shodno video zapisu dvoje maloljetne djece, u koji je javnost imala uvid putem društvenih mreža, a koja su evidentno već u dovoljno komplikovanoj porodičnoj situaciji, Operativni tim za borbu protiv porodičnog nasilja i nasilja nad ženama najoštrije osuđuje objavljivanje i distribuiranje predmetnog snimka.
“Ako je neko i imao namjeru da zabilježi i na taj način osudi eventualno nečije neadekvatno postupanje, sasvim je sigurno da puštanjem snimka u etar djeci nije pomogao, čak naprotiv, povrijedio je njihov najbolji interes, njihovu privatnost i unaprijed ih izložio mogućim budućim negativnim efektima, komentarima javnosti u sredini u kojoj žive, školi koju pohađaju i svakom drugom javnom mjestu gdje mogu biti etiketirani posljedicama ove situacije”, kazali su i dodali:
“Nadležne institucije će utvrditi odgovornost institucija i pojedinaca u konkretnom slučaju. Kako je zloupotreba putem društvenih mreža postala skoro pa svakodnevica, neophodno je da svojim primjerom, kao i poštovanjem tuđih prava, nacionalnih i međunarodnih propisa i standarda damo doprinos osudom i ukazivanjem na težinu ovog i sličnih primjera kršenja ljudskih prava, a naročito dječjih prava”, zaključuju iz MUP-a.
