DAMJANOVIĆ: Naplaćeno dva odsto više prihoda nego prošle godine
Uprava prihoda i carina je u prvoj polovini ove godine naplatila 858 miliona eura, što je dva odsto više prihoda nego prošle, saopštio je njen direktor Aleksandar Damjanović.
On je za Televiziju Crne Gore kazao da će uporedne pokazatelje imati krajem jula kada se očekuju i podaci o prihodima turističke privrede.
“Optimisti možemo da budemo iz proste činjenice da vidimo da je nivo turističke sezone solidan, to nije ono što je bilo 2019. ali mnogo značajnije nego prošle godine i pokušaćemo kroz mjere pojačanog nadzora i kontrole to što je gužva na primorju pretvorimo u prihode države”, kazao je Damjanović.
Da bi spriječili izbjegavanje plaćanja poreza, pojačali su kontrole.
Iz Uprave su kazali da će insistirati na fiskalizaciji. Trenutno je 70 odsto aktivnih privrednih subjekata u sistemu a preko računa fiskalizovano je 1,5 milijardi eura prenosi portal RTCG.
“To govori da je izuzetno velik potencijal naplate i ja očekujem da i sa povećanjem obveznika fiskalizacije ali i povećanjem prometa, ne samo zbog turizma već generalno da će ove cifre biti značajno veće. Benefiti fiskalizacije će se pokazati i u smislu dodanog prihoda”, dodao je Damjanović.
On očekuje da većina advokata prihvati model sporazuma o fiskalizaciji i da će se deblokirati kriza koja šteti i advokatima i državi.
“Najveći broj država uredio je tu oblast da su svi jednaki pred zakonom”, naveo je Damjanović.
Iz Uprave prihoda najavljuju mogućnost radikalnog smanjenja stope dorinosa, što će zavisiti od stava Vlade. Zakon o sprečavanju nelegalnog poslovanja omogućava suzbijanje sive ekonomiju, kaže Damjanović, koja je i do 50 odsto.
“Neprihvatljivo je da pola legalne privrede nosi na leđima pola nelegalne privrede i neprihvatljivo je da se kontrolišu samo oni legalni”, kazao je Damjanović.
Uprava prihoda i carina, kako je naveo, doprinijeće da se poboljša kontrola prometa cigareta u Luci Bar, koja je često kritikovana u izvještajima Evropske komisije.
“Nije puno urađeno s njihove strane da se pomogne ovdje da se sistem koji je imao političku podršku mijenja. Tu sam da pomogne da se zaustavi krijumčarenje cigareta kojeg ima i Crnoj Gori jer to pokazuje potrošnja duvana”, rekao je Damjanović.
Činjenica je da je cijena cigareta na sivom tržištu dostigla cijenu u legalnoj prodaji što ukazuju da je smanjen obim šverca.
“Uz podršku međunarodnih partnera svako krijumčarenje cigareta biće procesuirano, kao i nedavni slučaj krađe cigareta iz lučkog magacina”, poručio je Damjanović.
