ĆALOVIĆ-MARKOVIĆ: Očekivano da je korupcija najveći problem
Jedna od prvih stvari koje nova Vlada treba da uradi u borbi protiv korupcije je da oslobodi ekonomsku sferu tog problema da država više ne troši i ne dolazi u situaciju da ne može da ima direktna strana ulaganja zato što se niko ne usuđuje da donese svoj novac u Crnu Goru,ocijenila je izvršna direktorica Mreže za afirmaciju nevladinog sekotra (MANS), Vanja Ćalović-Marković.
Ona je Vijestima rekla da je potpuno očekivano ono što je navedeno u dokumentu da su korupcija i konflikt interesa jedni od ključnih problema u Crnoj Gori.
Ćalović-Marković podsjeća da je korupcija makar dvije decenije prepoznata kao jedna od prepreka poslovanju, i to ne samo od američke administracije, već čak i od Unije poslodavaca u Crnoj Gori.
”Kao što jednom dijelu naše privrede, čije predstavnike obično zovemo tajkunima, vrlo pogoduje korupcija i to da ljudi koje oni imaju na platnim spiskovima na ovaj ili onaj način budu uključeni u donošenje odluka, odnosno u ono što se u američkom izvještaju naziva ‘konflikt interesa’ tako, s druge strane, svima onima koji nemaju tu mogućnost i koji su njihova konkurencija, to onemogućava bilo kakvo poslovanje. Šta se onda događa na kraju? Država, ili mi, kao krajnji kupci, završimo s mnogo većim cijenama i mnogo većim troškom nego što bi se to desilo kad ne bi bilo ‘troška’ korupcije, koji je ugrađen u sve vrste takvih poslova”, rekla je Ćalović-Marković, koja je inače članica Nacionalnog savjeta za borbu protiv korupcije na visokom nivou.
Stejt dipartment u svom izvještaju navodi da korupcija i slaba kontrola konflikta interesa ostaju značajan problem u Crnoj Gori, a da se propisi često nedosljedno primjenjuju posebno na opštinskom nivou.
