PODGORICA: Zasađeno 10 stabala lipe
Gradsko preduzeće Zelenilo d.o.o. juče je zasadilo 10 stabala lipe u Ulici Ivana Vujoševića, koja su donirali Evropska banka za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD), Evropska unija (EU) i Austrija, kao dio Programa finansiranja zelene ekonomije na Zapadnom Balkanu (GEFF) koji podržava domaćinstva da investiraju u poboljšanje energetske efikasnosti.
Kako bi obilježili rezultate GEFF programa na Zapadnom Balkanu i simbolično doprinijeli borbi protiv klimatskih promjena, EBRD, EU i Austrija će zasaditi 1000 stabala tokom novembra 2021. u šest zemalja Zapadnog Balkana – Crnoj Gori, Albaniji, Bosni i Hercegovini, Kosovu, Sjevernoj Makedoniji i Srbiji. Stabla, takođe, predstavljaju EBRD nagrade za 18 najaktivnijih partnerskih finansijskih institucija i 32 proizvođača i prodavca energetski efiksnih tehnologija, za njihov doprinos uspjehu GEFF programa na Zapadnom Balkanu.
Akcija sadnje stabala počela je juče u Podgorici, Crnoj Gori i nastaviće se danas u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Remon Zakaria, šef kancelarije EBRD-a u Crnoj Gori, rekao je da poboljšanje energetske efikasnosti vodi ka smanjenju potrošnje energije i računa i sveukupnom poboljšanju kvaliteta života.
“A nama je drago da su domaćinstva u Crnoj Gori sada u stanju da osjete ove benefite zahvaljujući GEFF programu. Željeli bismo da zahvalimo svim našim partnerima, uključujući CKB banku i proizvođače i prodavce zelenih tehnologija, na pomoći da uspješno proširimo GEFF program u Crnoj Gori“, kazaoa je Zakaria.
Domaćinstva koja žele da unaprijede energetsku efikasnost svojih domova mogu podnijeti zahtjev za namenski kredit kod lokalne partnerske finansijske institucije – CKB banke. Po uspješnom završetku investicije, domaćinstva dobijaju podsticajna sredstva od EU u vrijednosti do 20 odsto iznosa kredita, što ove investicije čini pristupačnim građanima. EU je do sada dala više od 27 miliona eura za grantove.
„Ulaganje u energetsku efikasnost je dobitna kombinacija. Građanima umanjuje račune za utrošenu energiju, domove čini udobnijim i smanjuje štetu planeti Zemlji. Energetska efikasnost nije samo zelena, to je zeleni rast. Ona stvara radna mjesta, inovacije i rast ekonomije. EU će pomoći Crnoj Gori na putu ka zelenom rastu“, kazao je Yngve Engstroem, šef Službe za saradnju Delegacije EU u Crnoj Gori.
Implementacija GEFF programa na Zapadnom Balkanu je podržana od strane Vlade Austrije.
„Drago mi da paralelno sa održavanjem COP26 u Glasgowu, čiji akcenat je upravo na klimatskim promjenama, danas zajedno kroz jačanje svijesti o energetskoj efikasnosti i ozelenjavanje Podgorice, simbolično utičemo na smanjenje posljedica klimetskih promjena. Efekat energetski efikasnih tehnologija je višestruk – prije svega doprinose smanjenju potrošnje energije i novca, a u konačnici i smanjenu zagađenosti životne sredine. Ne smjemo zaboraviti da zelene tehnologije donose i veći komfor življena. Austrija pruža tehničku podršku GEFF programu na Zapadnom Balkanu u iznosu od 5 miliona evra“, izjavio je Karl Müller, ambasador Austrije u Crnoj Gori.
Stabla lipe juče su posađena uz podršku radnika gradskog preduzeća „Zelenilo“ d.o.o. u ulici Ivana Vujoševića.
“Kao što možete vidjeti, gradsko preduzeće Putevi d.o.o. izvodi radove na sanaciji ulice Ivana Vujoševića, odnosno temeljnoj sanaciji kolovoza, trotoarskih površina, 99 parking mjesta i atmosferske kanalizacione mreže, a ista je jedna od najvažnijih saobraćajnica u dijelu grada Preko Morače. Takođe, Glavni grad svakodnevno radi na obogaćivanju zelenog fonda. Drago mi je što vidim da nam se ovim putem pridružuju ozbiljne institucije poput Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj, Delegacije Evropske unije i Ambasade Austrije u Crnoj Gori”, kazao je Marjan Junčaj, menadžer Glavnog grada Podgorica.
GEFF, kog je razvio EBRD i sufinansiraju ga sredstvima grantova EU i Austrija, u protekle četiri godine podržao je blizu 10.000 domaćinstava u regionu da poboljšaju energetsku efikasnost, investirajući u nove prozore, izolaciju, toplotne pumpe itd. Program, koji nudi namjenske kredite i grant sredstva, finansirao je investicije u zelene tehnologije vrijedne oko 48 miliona evra.
GEFF na Zapadnom Balkanu je uspostavila Evropska banka za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD) uz podršku donatora, a obezbjeđuje specijalizovane kreditne linije za fizička lica, uz podsticaje za investicije koje finansira EU za ulaganja u energetsku efikasnost. Program zajedno finansiraju Savezno ministarstvo finansija Republike Austrije i bilateralni donatori u okviru Investicionog okvira za Zapadni Balkan (WBIF). Program je dio Regionalnog programa energetske efikasnosti (REEP) za Zapadni Balkan i sprovodi se u partnerstvu sa Sekretarijatom energetske zajednice.
