PREDLOG ZAKONA O POPISU: Kazne do 500 eura ako ne date tačne odgovore
Novčanom kaznom od 100 eura do 500 eura kazniće se za prekršaj fizičko lice, ako zloupotrijebi postupak popisivanja i prisustvo popisivača na način što snima ili fotografiše tok intervjua ili popunjene popisne upitnike ili ako snimak ili fotografiju objavi putem interneta ili medija, predviđeno je predlogom zakona o popisu stanovništva, koji je Vlada dostavila parlamentu.
Iste kazne predviđene su i ukoliko lice ne da podatke koji se od njega traže popisom i ako na svako pitanje ne da tačan i potpun odgovor
“Lice koje se obuhvata popisom ne smije zloupotrebljavati postupak popisivanja i prisustvo popisivača na način što će snimati ili fotografisati tok intervjua ili popunjene popisne upitnike i snimak ili fotografiju javno objaviti putem interneta ili medija”, navodi se u predloženom zakonskom tekstu..
Popisivač je dužan da čuva kao službenu tajnu sve podatke o popisanim licima do kojih dođe tokom obavljanja posla koji mu je povjeren, zbog čega potpisuje izjavu o poštovanju principa povjerljivosti.
