Aktivnosti Agencije za izgradnju i razvoj Podgorice više od 32 miliona eura, prioriteti izgradnja Gradskog pozorišta, obilaznica oko Golubovaca…
Program rada Agencije za izgradnju i razvoj Podgorice za 2018. godinu, predviđa ulaganja od 32. 279.016 eura. U Programu koji će se naći pred odbornicima u Skupštini Glavnog grada 16. marta, navodi se da je za izradu planske dokumentacije predviđeno 726.667,76 eura, tehničke dokumentacije 1.262.855,25 eura, uređivanje i opremanje lokacija 11.719.850 eura, izgradnju i rekonstrukciju saobraćajnica, mostova i garaža 13.330.500,00 eura i za objekte visokogradnje 5.239.142,99 eura.
Prioritetne aktivnosti su obuhvaćene Planom javnih nabavki, po kom se sprovode tenderski postupci, u skladu sa Zakonom, navodi se u Programu.
Agencija realizuje aktivnosti u skladu sa Programom uređenja prostora Glavnog grada, tako da Program rada Agencije za 2018.godinu predstavlja pregled planiranih aktivnosti na realizaciji istog, iz domena njene nadležnosti.
Najznačajnija aktivnost Agencije u 2018. godini, svakako je nastavak započetih radova na opremanju lokacija. Radiće se na sprovođenju svih neophodnih aktivnosti na izvršavanju obaveza prema investitorima, koji su u potpunosti izmirili ili redovno izmiruju obaveze po osnovu naknade za komunalno opremanje građevinskog zemljišta, kako u dijelu pripreme za komunalno opremanje, tako i u dijelu realizacije tj.izgradnje.
Evidentno je da sve više investitora jednokratno izmiruje svoje obaveze zbog popusta kojeg ostvaruju, tako da se odmah moraju pokrenuti aktivnosti na izradi projektne dokumentacije i rješavanje imovinskih odnosa, bez obzira na ustanovljene rokove od tri godine.
Kao i ranijih godina, tako će i u 2018. godini Agencija aktivno učestvovati u realizaciji objekata značajnih za Glavni grad i gradska preduzeća, kao što su: izgradnja Gradskog pozorišta, obilaznica oko Golubovaca, rekonstrukcija Cetinjskog puta, izgradnja Jugozapadne obilaznice.
U cilju povećanja naplate po osnovu naknade za komunalno opremanje građevinskog zemljišta po ranije zaključenim ugovorima, preduzimaće se mjere za povećanje istih, u skladu sa propisima.
Isto tako, preduzimaće se sve mjere da se zadrži nivo naplate potraživanja po osnovu zakupa poslovnih prostora, kojima u ime Glavnog grada gazduje Agencija za izgradnju i razvoj Podgorice.
