Đukanović: Zahvalnost za prvo priznanje nezavisnosti Crnoj Gori i prvu ratifikaciju NATO protokola
Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Đukanović se na marginama Pariskog foruma sreo sa predsjednikom Islanda Gudniom Johaneson.
Tokom razgovora dvojice predsjednika konstatovano je razumijevanje među državama koje dijele zajedničke izazove i koje, što zbog veličine, što zbog globalnih prilika treba kontinuirano da produbljuju saradnju u svim oblastima.
“Napravljen je i osvrt u svjetlu 15 godina bilateralnih odnosa, a predsjednik Đukanović je izrazio posebnu zahvalnost za prvo priznanje nezavisnosti našoj državi i prvu ratifikaciju NATO protokola čime se potvrdila pažnja koju Island pridaje saradnji sa Crnom Gorom”, saopšteno je iz Đukanovićevog kabineta.
Dvojica predsjednika su razgovarali i o izazovima na planu ekonomskog oporavka nakon pandemije i potrebi da se kroz razmjenu iskustava iskoriste lekcije koje su obije države naučile u periodu pandemije.
Predsjednik Johanes pozvao je predsjednika Đukanovića u posjetu Islandu uz zajedničku ocjenu da odlične bilateralne odnose treba dodatno razvijati i dopunjavati ekonomskim, kulturnim, sportskim i drugim razmjenama i saradnjom.
Đukanović je tokom večere koju je priredio predsjednik Republike Francuske Emanuel Makron imao više kraćih susreta sa zvaničnicima iz regiona.
