KOTORANINU PRIJETI ZATVOR: Tvrdi da je kornjaču ubio u samoodbrani
Marko Marković (24) iz Kotora bi zbog usmrćivanja morske kornjače u Stolivu mogao da dobije zatvorsku kaznu od šest mjeseci do pet godina, nakon što je protiv njega, zbog osnovane sumnje da je usmrtio zaštićenu životinjsku vrstu, ekološka inspekcija podnijela krivičnu prijavu. Kako piše portal Vijesti, morske kornjače su rješenjem o stavljanju pod zaštitu pojedinih biljnih i životinjskih vrsta, stavljene pod zaštitu zbog svoje rijetkosti i ugroženosti.
„Vijestima” su rekli da je mladić, u izjavi policiji i inspektorima, rekao kako je kornjaču usmrtio u samoodbrani.
– Marković je na zapisnik dao izjavu da nije upoznat da je morska kornjača zaštićena vrsta i da je nije usmrtio iz ekonomskih razloga i sticanja dobiti. Na osnovu navedenog, ekološki inspektor je podnio krivičnu prijavu osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu protiv Marka Markovića, zbog osnovane sumnje da je usmrtio zaštićenu životinjsku vrstu – kazali su iz UIP.
