Krivične prijave protiv šest osoba zbog fiktivnih potvrda
Barska policija je u sklopu akcije „Potvrda” podnijela krivične prijave protiv šest lica zbog krivičnih djela falsifikovanje isprave i napostupanje po zdravstvenim propisima za suzbijanje opasne zarazne bolesti.
Kroz nastavak ove akcije policija je provjeravala obrazace izdate od strane privrednih subjekata fizičkim licima koje ih izuzimaju od zabrane međugradskog saobracaja.
Provjerom su bila obuhvaćena tri privredna subjekta sa područja Bara, „NIP Group” d.o.o, „Kole Commerc” d.o.o, „Sutomore petrol” d.o.o.
“Policija je nadležnom tužiocu podnijela krivilčne prijave protiv izvršnih direktora ovih preduzeća, N.P (39), N.K. (46) i V.Z. (59) zbog sumnje da su počinili krivična djela falsifikovanje isprave. Osim toga, krivične prijave su podnijete protiv D.M. (26), P.V. (38) i Đ.T. (27) zbog sumnje da su počinili krivična djela falsifikovanje isprave i nepostupanje po zdravstveni propisima za suzbijanje opasno zarazne bolesti”, saopšteno je iz Uprave policije.
