Marović vezan za postelju i bolnicu
Bivši funkcioner Demokratske partije socijalista Svetozar Marović, koji se već duži period liječi u Beogradu, neće u dogledno vrijeme služiti kaznu zatvora u Crnoj Gori. Njegov advokat Zdravko Begović u razgovoru za CdM kaže da se Marović još uvijek liječi na Institutu za mentalno zdravlje u Beogradu.
To, ističe Begović, dovoljno govori zdrvstvenom stanju Marovića.
“Još uvijek je neizvjestan taj dalji oporavak i tok liječenja. Ovog časa on je vezan za postelju i bolnicu, odgovarajuću terapiju i tretmane. I mišljenja sam da u narednom periodu mora ostati na Institutu da se liječi”, rekao je Begović za CdM.
U Višem sudu u Podgorici 5. septembra nije održano ročište povodom žalbe koju je uložio advokat porodice Marović, a koja se odnosi na blokadu imovine Marovića.
U blokiranu imovinu spada, između ostalog, stan Svetozara Marovića koji je dobio prije 30 godina kao predsjednik Izvršnog odbora opštine Budva, stan Miloša Marovića koji je kupljen na osnovu kredita i koji još otplaćuje Prvoj banci i nasljeđena imovina.
Ranije, u žalbi kao obrazloženje navedeno da je ogroman dio imovine na koju je stavljena privremena mjera stečen na zakonit način.
Blokada na pomenutu imovinu odnosi se sve do kraja finansijske istrage.
Na drugoj strani, Interpol Beograd, za sada, ništa ne radi da uhapsi Marovića koji je presudom Višeg suda u Podgorici osuđen na kaznu zatvora i na novčane kazne.
Nacionalni centralni biro Interpola Podgorica raspisao je međunarodnu potjernicu za Marovićem, jer se nije odazvao na poziv za izdržavanje tri godine i devet mjeseci zatvorske kazne.
Naredbi za izdavanje potjernice prethodila je naredba za prinudno privođenje, jer se on već duže nalazi na liječenju u Beogradu.
Osim na robiju, Marović je sporazumnim priznanjem krivice pristao i da državi vrati oko milion eura i uplati sto hiljada eura novčane kazne.
Marović je priznao Tužilaštvu da je bio na čelu kriminalne grupe koja je u projektima “Jaz”, “TC Plaza”, “Kopirajt”, “Krapina”, “VTE”, “Bulevar” i “Prijevor” nanijela višemilionsku štetu opštinskom budžetu.
Na početku istrage kategorično je negirao krivicu, ali je nakon nekog vremena prihvatio navode Tužilaštva da je bio vođa kriminalne grupe koju su činili bivši čelnici opštine Budva i njihovi saradnici, a koja je nezakonitim radnjama nanijela višemilionsku štetu opštinskom budžetu.
