Milošević: Nema razloga za izlazak opozicije iz Vlade
Lideri SDP, Demosa i GP URA tražili su da premijer Milo Đukanović odloži odluku o ugovoru sa kompanijom A2A, kako bi se postigao konsenzus. Oni su uputili pismo Đukanoviću podsjećajući ga da je sporazumom propisano da u vezi s odlukama od posebnog značaja treba postići konsenzus. U suprotnom, najavili su napuštanje Vlade izbornog povjerenja.
“Nema razloga za izlazak opozicije iz Vlade. Smatram da su to ozbiljni ljudi, sa dovoljno političkog iskustva, koji su ušli u izvršnu vlast i da oni znaju kako funkcioniše Vlada i način na koji se odluke donose”, rekao je Milošević. On se nada da će do dogovora doći i da će Vlada izbornog povjerenja nastaviti da funkcioniše do izbora.
“Siguran sam da postoji raspoloženje za to i da je mnogo važnije u ovom momentu doći do onoga što nam je svima cilj do potpuno regularnih izbora u oktobru”, dodao je Milošević.
Politički direktor DPS-a se osvrnuo i na to što se opoziciona trojka poziva na leks specijalis i politički sporazum u vezi sa postizanjem konsenzusa o važnim odlukama.
“DPS je spremna da ispoštuje sve što stoji u leks specijalisu i istovremeno insistira na tome da se poštuje način funkcionisanja Vlade poručio je Milošević. Da konsenzus nije obavezan”, saopštio je nedavno advokat Aleksandar Đurišić, jedan od pisaca leks specijalisa.
On je objasnio da ni tom aktu, niti u Sporazumu o stvaranju uslova za slobodne i fer izbore, ne postoji obaveza da se odluke u Vladi izbornog povjerenja donose konsenzusom.
Ugovor sa A2A, odnosno vlasništvo nad Elektroprivredom, prema tvrdnjama čelnika SDP-a Ranka Krivokapića i GP URA Žarka Rakčevića, vrlo je važno strateško pitanje države o kojem je neophodan konsenzus.
Povodom izjava iz „trojke“, juče se DPS oglasila i saopštenjem, kazavši da predstavnici opozicije u Vladi „pokušavaju da opstruiraju njen redovni rad izmišljanjem nepostojećih problema, kao u Prijedlogu ugovora sa italijanskom kompanijom A2A“.
“Oni bi izgleda da se bave svim osim onim zbog čega su ušli u Vladu. Zaboravili su na stvaranje što optimalnijih uslova za redovne parlamentarne izbore”, kazali su u DPS-u.
