NELEGALNO PREVOZILI PUTNIKE ČAMCEM: Turistička inspekcija kaznila devet subjekata
Turistička inspekcija kaznila je i podnijela devet zahtjeva za pokretanje prekršajnog postupka zbog nelegalnog prevoženja putnika čamcima na moru, a iz Uprave za inspekcijske poslove (UIP) u jednodnevnoj akciji Turističke inspekcije i plovne jedinice Uprave policijie izvršene kontrole pružanja usluge prevoza čamcima na moru, u sklopu koje je kontrolisano devet čamaca.
“Utvrđeno je da šest lica nije pribavilo potrebno odobrenje za rad, a na tri čamca se nisu izdavali fiskalni računi za pružene usluge. Zbog ovih nepravilnosti podneseno je devet zahtjeva za pokretanje prekršajnog postupka – mjera kojom se od suda traži izricanje više kazne od one minimalne koja se može izreći na licu mjesta”, saopštili su.
Iz UIP ističu da kroz ove aktivnosti sprovode kontinuiranu borbu protiv sive ekonomiije, pa će se dalje kontrole u ovom smjeru nastaviti.
“Stoga pozivamo privprivrednike da posluju u skladu sa propisima, a građane da prijave uočene nepravilnosti na naš besplatni broj telefona 080 555 555 ili na prijave@uip.gov.me, jer samo kroz sinergijski efekat sa građanima postižemo efikasnije rezultate”, zaključuju iz UIP-a.
