Optužnica protiv 27 osoba zbog utaje poreza i doprinosa
Specijalno državno tužilaštvo je, pred Višim sudom u Podgorici, podiglo optužnicu protiv okrivljenog D.L. i još 18 fizičkih i devet pravnih lica, zbog krivičnih djela stvaranje kriminalne organizacije, produženog krivičnog djela utaja poreza i doprinosa putem pomaganja i produženog krivičnog djela utaja poreza i doprinosa.
Optužnica je podignuta u odnosu na okrivljena pravna lica i u vezi čl.5 Zakona o odgovornosti pravnih lica.
“Okrivljenima se stavlja na teret da su u okviru kriminalne organizacije koja je formirana u cilju realizacije kriminalnog plana za kriminalnu organizaciju pribavili protivpravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 2.600.000 eura u kojem iznosu je nanijeta šteta Budzetu Crne Gore”, navedeno je u optužnici.
Optužnica je podignuta 18. avgusta.
