Ovo je krajnji rok za završetak auto-puta
Krajnji rok za puštanje u rad auto-puta Bar-Boljare je septembar naredne godine, saopštio je izvršni direktor Monteputa Jonuz Mujević, prenose Dnevne novine.
On je kazao da su radovi, čiji je glavni izvođač kineska kompanija China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), trebalo da budu završeni do maja ove godine, ali da se kasni zbog “određenog nesnalaženja kod projektovanja, usklađivanja sa evropskom dokumentacijom i hidrogeoloških istraživanja”.
“Ovih dana privodimo kraju pregovore za potpisivanje aneksa ugovora. Ima određenih poteškoća u realizaciji dosadašnjih radova. U Monteputu smo očekivali da ta dinamika ide brže”, rekao je Mujević, na okruglom stolu o auto-putu koji je organizovao MANS.
Mujević je istakao i da će Crna Gora, s obzirom na kvalitet gradnje auto-puta, imati najnižu cijenu njegovog održavanja po evropskim standardima.
“Kada je riječ o održavanju auto-puta, tačno se znaju evropski standardi, odnosno koliko to košta po kilometru. S obzirom na kvalitetnu gradnju, mi ćemo imati najmanju moguću cijenu njegovog održavanja. Imaćemo posla oko čišćenja snijega, zahtjevnih tunela, održavanja tehnike i bezbjednosti saobraćaja”, naglasio je Mujević.
Direktor Monteputa je naveo i da će se realizacijom prve faze auto-puta završiti objekti za napajanje električnom energijom. Kada je riječ o putarini, Mujević navodi da će se ona u kompletnom iznosu trošiti na otplatu kredita koji je ugovoren sa Exim bankom, dok će održavanje najvjerovatnije ići na teret Monteputa.
Na izgradnji prve dionice Smokovac-Uvač-Mateševo, kako je ukazao, angažovano je 3.400 radnika, od čega 2.100 Kineza.
