PODGORIČANIN HTIO DA UNESE ORUŽJE U ZATVOR
Osnovno državno tužilaštvo podiglo je optužnicu protiv Jugoslava Bijelića (50) iz Podgorice, jer je u januaru pokušao da u Zavod za izvršenje krivičnih sankcija unese oružje, municiju i mobilni telefon, saopšteno je Pobjedi iz te institucije.
Bijeliću se na teret stavlja krivično djelo nedozvoljeno držanje oružja i eksplozivnih materija. Još uvijek je nepoznato u čije ruke je oružje trebalo da dospije. Namjere Bijelića 18. januara osujetili su službenici Zavoda za izvršenje krivičnih
sankcija, kada su tražili da pregledaju njegov kamion prilikom ulaska na glavnu zatvorsku kapiju, gdje je došao kako bi odvezao balirano sijeno iz zatvora. Na upit stražara, Bijelić je decidno odgovorio da nema ništa da prijavi kontroli.
Tokom kontrole, prvo su pronađeni meci iznad vjetrobana, a potom u rancu iza sjedišta – oružje namijenjeno nekome unutar zgrade Ziks- a. U Bijelićevom kamionu pronađeni su pištolj M57 kalibra 7,62 milimetra, dva okvira sa po sedam komada metaka kalibra 7,62 mm, 24 komada metaka u refuzi, futrolu za pištolj 7.62 mm, jedan list od bonseka, mobilni telefon, dva
mobilna punjača. Oružje i municija pronađeni su u kamionu M/V ,,mercedes 12-13“.
