KRIVIČNA PROTIV STARJEŠINE SABORNOG HRAMA: Mitrovića terete da je prekršio mjere NKT-a
Podgorička policija podnijela je krivičnu prijavu protiv starješine Hrama Hristovog Vaskrsenja u Podgorici, Dragana Mitrovića, nakon što se ispred hrama juče okupilo oko 450 građana.
Mitrović je sinoć dobio poziv da se javi u stanicu policije.
“Podgorička policija je postupajući po zahtjevu koji je uputila Mitropolija crnogorsko-primorska za održavanje javnog okupljanja u Podgorici za 11. jun, donijela rješenje o zabrani skupa koji nije bio blagovremeno prijavljen. Nakon donijetog rješenja od strane policije, sveštenstvo je odustalo od litije, međutim javno okupljanje je ipak održano u Hramu Hristovog Vaskrsenja i ispred njega na kojem je po procjeni bilo oko 450 građana, što je direktno kršenje mjere Nacionalnog koordinacionog tijela, budući da su dozvoljena javna okupljanja do 200 građana”, saopšteno je iz Uprave policije.
U prostorijama Centra bezbjednosti Podgorica prikupljena su obavještenja na zapisnik od organizatora javnog okupljanja i starješine Hrama Hristovog Vaskrsenja D.M.
Postupajući po nalogu nadležnog tužioca protiv D.M. je podnijeta krivična prijava zbog sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo nepostupanje po zdravstvenim propisima za suzbijanje opasne zarazne bolesti.
