POGLEDAJTE KOJE SU NAJZAGAĐENIJE RIJEKE U CG: Ne, nije Ribnica!
Najzagađeniji vodotoci u Crnoj Gori prošle godine su bili Vezišnica i Ćehotina na dijelu ispod Pljevalja i Morača ispod uliva voda gradskog kolektora Podgorice. U informaciji Ministarstva održivog razvoja i turizma o stanju životne sredine u 2015. godini, navodi se da umjerenu zagađenost imaju vode Rijeke Crnojevića, Ibar u dijelu ispod Rožaja, i donji tok Lima.
Rezultati mjerenja indiciraju na veliku osjetljivost ovih akvatičnih ekosistema, prije svega u malovodnom režimu, kao i porast ljudskih aktivnosti na njihovim obalama.
Program praćenja kvaliteta voda uglavnom se zasniva, kako se navodi, na fizičko-hemijskim parametrima. Međutim, u skladu sa Okvirnom direktivom o vodama, kvalitet vode je jednako definisan biološkim i hidromorfološkim indikatorima.
Važna stvar, za Crnu Goru, je i uspostavljanje vodnih tijela, kopnenih i tranzicionih (bočatnih) i obalnih voda, jer je zahtjev Evropske Agencije za životnu sredinu slanje izvještaja po principu definisanih vodnih tijela.
Značaj Okvirne direktive o vodama za Crnu Goru je u tome što su zahtjevi za prikupljanje podataka i upravljanje informacijama za izradu efikasnih planova upravljanja slivnim područjem značajni, a zakonodavni okvir i nacionalne ekološke mreže monitoringa moraju biti izuzetno mjerodavne kako bi se ispunili svi zahtjevi pomenute direktive.
“Katastar izvora zagađivača, kao osnovni instrument u politici donošenja mjera i planova sprečavanja ili smanjenja zagađenja, još ne postoji, tako da je neophodno što hitnije raditi na njegovom uspostavljanju”, kaže se u zaključcima Ministarstva.
