POKUŠAJ UBISTVA: Držalom od sjekire RAZBIO GLAVU sagovorniku nakon rasprave!
Službenici Uprave policije MUP-a – Odjeljenja bezbjednosti Kotor su juče, preduzimajući mjere i radnje iz svoje nadležnosti, istog dana kada je i počinjeno rasvijetlili krivično djelo ubistvo u pokušaju i tom prilikom lišili slobode lice osumnjičeno da je počinilo ovo krivično djelo.
Naime, službenici OB Kotor su, 02.09.2018. godine oko 21,00 čas, lišili slobode M.R. (51) iz Republike Srbije, sa boravkom u Kotoru, zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo ubistvo u pokušaju na štetu M.P. (38) iz Republike Srbije sa boravkom u Tivtu.
M.R. je, kako se sumnja, ovo krivično djelo počinio juče oko 17,00 časova, na način što je, nakon kraće verbalne rasprave sa M.P, uzeo drveno držalo od sjekire i dva puta udario M.P. u predjelu glave. M.P. je tom prilikom zadobio teške tjelesne povrede opasne po život u vidu frakture lobanje. M.P. je hospitalizovan i nalazi se na bolničkom liječenju.
O događaju je obaviješten državni tužilac u Višem državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici koji je naložio da se M.R. liši slobode i da mu se privede uz krivčnu prijavu zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je počinio navedeno krivično djelo.
