“Sezona prevazišla i očekivanja optimista”
Ovogodišnja ljetnja turistička sezona prevazišla je očekivanja i najvećih optimista, kaže direktor Centra za istraživanje i razvoj turizma Petar Golubović.
“Siguran sam da se niko nije nadao ovolikoj posjećenosti, kako našeg primorja tako i sjevera”, kaže Golubović za Jutarnji program, TVCG.
Dominantno su to, kako dodaje, gosti iz regiona, a bilježi se i povećan promet na aerodromima.
“Sigurno možemo reći da je ova sezona ispunila očekivanja, ali i mnogo više od toga”, kaže Golubović.
Što se tiče potrošnje, navodi Golubović, mnogo jasniju sliku ćemo imati u oktobru, ako nam epidemija dozvoli da imamo turista i u septembru.
“Tada ćemo vidjetedi koliko se PDV-a naplatilo, koliko je bilo prihoda i da li su turisti trošlili ekvivalentno onima iz 2019.” ističe Golubović i podsjeća da je platežna moć turista iz regiona nešto manja.
“Optimisti svakako treba da budemo, jer brojke nam govore da imamo razloga za to”, naveo je Golubović.
Govoreći o cijenama, Golubović, je kazao su cijene privatnog smještaja počele da rastu sa rastom potražnje.
“U ovom momentu imamo dobru popunjenost traži se krevet više. Vidjećemo kakav će biti septembar”, zaključio je Golubović.
Kako dodaje i ove sezone se suočavamo da velikim infrastrukturnim izazovima na primorju, čemu svjedočimo i ovih dana kada na putevima imamo velike gužve.
On kaže i da su prilično dobre rezervacije za avgust, dok velikih najava za septembar nema.
“Ako uspijemo da zadržimo epidemiološku situaciju na sadašnjem nivou možemo se nadati uspješnom septembru i sezoni”, poručio je Golubović.
