Simović: Odgovor Albanije nije blagovremen i adekvatan
Tokom posjete Nikšiću potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar poljoprivrede i ruralnog razvoja, Milutin Simović, kazao je da nadležni organi Albanije nijesu blagovremeno i argumentovano odgovorili na zahtjeve Crne Gore o mogućem prekograničnom uticaju izgradnje malih hidroelektrana na Cijevni.
“Smatramo da je taj odgovor bio neblagovremen i da nije adekvatan i da u njemu nema dovoljno argumenata sa kojima nas mogu ubijediti da izgradnja tih malih hidroelektrana ne bi mogla da ima negativan uticaj na ono što je hidrologija koja je od interesa i potreba Crne Gore. Imamo određene pretpostavke da bi to moglo da se negativno odrazi na ono što je vodni bilans u prihranjivanju voda u zetskoj izdani, voda odakle se snabdijevaju Plantaže, brojni poljoprivredni proizvođači na tom prostoru kao i druga vodoizvorišta koja takođe po kazivanju i tvrđenju naših stručnjaka imaju tu neposrednu vezu sa tim vodotokom”, kazao je Simović.
Kako je istakao nastaviće dijalog sa nadležnim institucijama iz Albanije, ali i iskoristiti sve međunarodne mehanizme kako bi zaštitili nacionalne interese Crne Gore, podsjećajući da su i Crna Gora i Albanija potpisnice međunarodnih deklaracija koje su jednako obavezujuće za obje države, poput Helsinške i ESPOO konvencije.
“I Crna Gora i Albanija, kao kandidati za članstvo u Evropsku uniju moraju da budu dosledni i odgovorni u poštovanju okvirne evropske direktive. Nastavljamo dijalog, ali istovremeno ćemo se obratiti svim tim nadležnim institucijama sa željom, potrebom i odlučnošću da zaštitimo nacionalne interese Crne Gore”, kazao je potpredsjednik Vlade uz napomenu da su u prethodnom periodu imali intezivnu komunikaciju sa nadležnim institucijama u Albaniji i da će tako i nastaviti, vjerujući da je dijalog najbolji put rješavanja svih nesporazuma i problema.
