STRUČNO OSPOSOBLJAVANJE: Poslodavci da se prijave za Program do 15. oktobra
Rok za prijavljivanje poslodavaca za Program stručnog osposobljavanja lica sa stečenim visokim obrazovanjem otvoren je do 15. oktobra do 15 sati, dok će prijavljivanje korisnika za učešće u 9. ciklusu Programa početi 19. oktobra, saopšteno je iz Ministarstva prosvjete.
Kako je navedeno, za učešće u Programu mogu se prijaviti poslodavci iz privatnog i javnog sektora koji obavljaju djelatnost na teritoriji Crne Gore.
“Prijave za poslodavce iz privatnog sektora podnose se područnoj jedinici Zavoda za zapošljavanje Crne Gore (birou rada / kancelariji) prema sjedištu poslodavca i preko portala elektronske uprave (eUprave). Poslodavci iz javnog sektora prijave za učešće u Programu podnose Upravi za kadrove i preko portala elektronske uprave (eUprave)”, saopšteno je iz Ministarstva.
Uputstvo za podnošenje Prijave za sve poslodavce preko eUprave se nalazi na portalu www.euprava.me.
Podsjećaju da pravo na stručno osposobljavanje imaju osobe sa stečenim visokim obrazovanjem koja nemaju radno iskustvo u određenom nivou obrazovanja i na evidenciji su Zavoda za zapošljavanje.
Stručno osposobljavanje korisnika traje devet mjeseci i priznaje se kao radno iskustvo u trajanju od 12 mjeseci i kao uslov za polaganje odgovarajućeg stručnog ispita sa stečenim visokim obrazovanjem.
“Poslodavci su dužni da korisnicima pruže osposobljavanje u skladu sa Programom stručnog osposobljavanja lica sa stečenim visokim obrazovanjem, dok će stručni tim zadužen za realizaciju Programa vršiti kontrolu sprovođenja osposobljavanja. Cilj Programa je da olakša prelazak mladih iz svijeta obrazovanja u svijet rada kroz pružanje mogućnosti za dodatno sticanje znanja, vještina i kompetencija. Program treba da doprinese i smanjenju nezaposlenosti mladih, sa kojim se suočava čitava Evropa, kao i da pruži smjernice ustanovama visokog obrazovanja u koncipiranju upisne politike”, zaključuju iz Ministarstva.
