TELEFON MARINE KRSTOVIĆ OTKRIVA MISTERIJU KOKAINA? Budo Banana naručio, ćerka pratila pošiljku!

Pomak u istrazi šverca tone i po kokaina se očekuje nakon procedure analize mobilnih telefona lijepe Marine i Buda Banane.

Budimir Krstović, zvani Budo Banana, i njegova ćerka Marina i dalje su u pritvoru zbog tovara od 1,4 tone kokaina koji je otkriven u njihovom magacinu u Zeti u Mojanovićima, a naručilac, “bijelog praha” i dalje nije poznat. Istraga je u toku, a kako se nezvanično saznaje, telefoni Budimira i Marine poslati na su na vještačenje, javlja Mondo.rs.

Pomak u istrazi se upravo očekuje nakon pomenute procedure sa mobilnim telefonima, s obzirom na to da Krstovići tvrde da ne znaju kako se “ekstra prtljag” stvorio u njihovoj pošiljci sa bananama.

Prvobitno je bilo riječi da iza kokainske pošiljke stoje “škaljarci”, ali s obzirom na to da je Budo stric visoko rangiranog pripadnika pomenutog klana, Igora Krstovića, tamošnje vlasti se još uvijek nisu oglasile tim povodom.

“Još uvijek je rano da se priča kom klanu pripada taj kokain”, istakao je direktor Uprave policije  Zoran Brđanin.

Prema prvim informacijama, istraga za sada ide ka pravcu koji navodi na sumnju da je kokain iz Zete pretovaran sa broda “MSC Katya” na brod “MSC Charlote”, te je i to predmet istraživanja nadležnih organa.

Prema navodima rješenja Sudskog vijeća podgoričkog Višeg suda, 1,4 tonu kokaina zaplijenjenu u Crnoj Gori u tovaru banana nabavio je Budimir, a njegova ćerka Marina (27) kontrolisala je sve od naručivanja, preko transporta i carinjena, do konačne isporuke pošiljke u hangar njihove firme u selu Mojanovići u Zeti. Tri kontejnera banana koje je Marina naručila od dobavljača “Co ex Friuit S. A.” iz Ekvadora za kompaniju „”San Francisko”, koja je u vlasništvu njenog oca, krenula je iz luke Puerto Bolivar u Ekvadoru nakon što je prošla sve neophodne kontrole, obrazložio je dobavljač Karlos Falkezi kog je Marina pozvala u prisustvu policajaca nakon što je droga pronađena u hjinovom hangaru.

Lijepa Marina je, pokušavajući da skine sumnju i odgovornost sa sebe, odmah ponudila da policajcima da imena i kontakte dobavljača, kao i uvid u poslovnu korespondenciju. Dobavljač Falkezi se ogradio reklavši da ne može sa sigurnošću da tvrdi šta se sa tovarom desilo u transportu do Crne Gore.

Po izlasku iz luke brod su pratile službe, a akcijom je rukovodila američka DEA, očigledno zbog posjedovanja informacija da će određena količina narkotika biti ubačena na brod tokom transporta. Tako postoji više mogućnosti kako se to desilo. Prema jednoj, kokain je direktno sa mora utovaren na brod, dok se kao druga mogućnost razmatra pretovar u Panami.

Narkotici su iz magacina Krstovića zaplijenjeni 26. avgusta, nakon čega su Budo i Marina privedeni. Uprkos tome što je na njihovom posjedu i u njihovoj robi pronađeno 1.400 kilograma najčistijeg kokaina čija je ulična vrijednost oko 100 miliona eura, pritvor im u prvi mah nije određen. Nakon žalbe Višeg državnog tužilaštva odluka je izmijenjena i osumnjičeni za šverc droge ponovo su privedeni.

U obrazloženju te odluke Tužilaštvo navodi da je Budimir Krstović tokom jula i avgusta u Ekvadoru nabavio kokain, a da je njegova ćerka Marina doprinijela sprovođenju krivičnog djela.

“Marina Krstović učestvovala je u nabavljanju i realizaciji transporta pošiljke u kojoj su se nalazile banane i kokain, tako što je sve detalje dogovarala na engleskom jeziku sa prodavcem banana Karlosom Falkezijem, potom je pratila kretanje pošiljke, a nakon toga je pratila prijem i organizovala uskladištenje tovara u magacin u Mojanovićima”, stoji u odluci.
