BOJANIĆ: Nema više koncesija za MHE, raskinuto 17 ugovora, odšteni zahtjev od 3 firme 57 miliona
Ministar kapitalnih investicija Mladen Bojanić kazao je danas, odgovarajući na poslanička pitanja, da su ukinuli mehanizam kojim je omogućeno nerealno obogaćenje pojedinaca, od malih hidro elektrana.
“Trenutno su u radu 32 male hidroelektrane. Nova Vlada neće davati koncesije za izgradnju malih hidroelektrana. Do sada je raskinuto 17 ugovora o koncesiji. Na osnovu tri tužbena zahtjeva, zatraženo je naknada štete u visinu od 57 miliona eura. Napravili smo iskorak budući da smo prestali da dajemo podsticaj. Nema obaveznog otkupa, nema povlašćenih cijena, kazao Bojanić.
On je rekao da je rok završetka gradnje auto puta 30. novembar.
“S tim što mi kao investitor zadržavamo pravo naplate penala od 16. novembra prethodne godine. Optimista sam i dalje da će taj 30. novembar biti rok završetka”, kazao je Bojanić povodom pitanja o autoputu.
