CBCG tražila dodatne informacije o kandidaturi Medojevića
Postupak odlučivanja po zahtjevu Elektroprivrede Crne Gore (EPCG) za izbor Nebojše Medojevića za člana Odbora direktora Prve banke je u toku, a tražene su dodatne informacije koje su i dostavljene, rečeno je Pobjedi u Centralnoj banci (CBCG).
Odluka o kandidaturi Medojevića će, kako su kazali u CBCG, biti donijeta u roku, a najkasnije 60 dana od dana podnošenja zahtjeva. Oni nijesu precizirali datum do kojeg treba da odluče.
Odbor direktora EPCG obavijestio je javnost 17. avgusta da je donio odluku da Medojevića kandiduje za člana borda Prve banke, ali nije poznato kada je zvanično uputio njegovu kandidaturu CBCG.
Medojević, kako je Pobjeda već objavila, ne ispunjava potrebne zakonske uslove za izbor za člana borda Prve banke.
Propisima CBCG predviđeno je da kandidat mora da ispunjava jedan od tri uslova – minimum tri godine rada na rukovodećim mjestima u bankarstvu, četiri godine u finansijskim institucijama ili pet godina u privredi. Protiv kandidata se ne smije voditi krivični postupak, a Medojević je optuženi za pranje novca.
On se zbog toga obratio za preporuke guverneru CBCG Radoju Žugiću, v. d. direktora Uprave prihoda i carina Aleksandru Damjanoviću i članu senata DRI Branislavu Raduloviću, navodeći da je sedam godina bio član skupštinskog Odbora za ekonomiju u kojem je odlučivao i o bankarskim zakonima.
