Akcionarima Crnogorskog telekoma počeće danas isplata dividende iz dijela zadržane dobiti.
“Na vanrednoj Skupštini akcionara, koja je održana 31. marta, odlučeno je da se iznos od 1,89 miliona eura iz zadržane dobiti isplati dioničarima kao dividenda”, navodi se u saopštenju.
Bruto iznos dividende po akciji je četiri centa.
“Taj iznos će, prilikom isplate, biti umanjen za pripadajući iznos poreza na dobit za preduzeća, odnosno poreza na dohodak i prireza na porez za građane u skladu sa važećim propisima”, objasnili su iz kompanije.
Akcionari pojedinci svoje iznose mogu podići na svim šalterima Crnogorske komercijalne banke (CKB), uz lični dokument.
Dividenda će biti isplaćena dioničarima koji su posjedovali akcije na dan održavanja vanredne Skupštine akcionara.
