MILATOVIĆ O NESUGLASICAMA NA SVETOM STEFANU: Niko Crnoj Gori ne može da prijeti arbitražom
Nijedan investitor ne može državi Crnoj Gori da prijeti arbitražom, kazao je ministar ekonomskog razvoja Jakov Milatović u emisiji Načisto na TV Vijesti, komentarišući “prijetnje” arbitražom kompanije Aman Resorts zbog kršenja ugovora u vezi sa Kraljičinom plažom.
NOn je rekao da je Sveti Stefan bio brend i prije nego je upravljanje preuzeo Aman, za razliku od Luštice, Porto Montenegra i Porto Novog, gdje su investitori, kao je rekao, donijeli novu vrijednost.
“Nijesam siguran da je ovaj investitor donio neku dodatnu vrijednost na Svetom STefanu”, kazao je Milatović.
“Insistiraju na privatnosti Kraljičine plaže, na mostu koju vodi ka Svetom Stefanu, što je u suprotnosti sa našim zakonima. Čini mi se da na način na koji žele neke stvari ne žele da dođe do dogovora. Prosto postoje zakoni Crne Gore, a ranije su bili, čini mi se, zakoni DPS-a koji su se više poštovali”, naveo je Milatović.
Te plaže su, kako je kazao, date u zakup Amanu i obaveza te kompanije je da one budu uređene i čiste, tako da je jedini krivac neuspostavljenog reda upravo kompanija u čijoj je to nadležnosti.
“Postavlja se pitanje da li mi imamo dovoljno benefita od takvog investitora. U trenutku kada je turizam počeo da raste njemu se smanjuje renta. Prošle godine su državni organi u toku najveće pandemije Uprava za nekretnine donosi odluku o cjepkanju puta od Pržna do Svetog Stefana i preimenuju odluku o namjeni puta od plaže do Spa centra koji je postao šetalište. Potreban je ozbiljan advokatski tim koji će sve te stvari da ispita. Niko državi ne može da prijeti da arbitražom i mi imamo određenja znanja”, kazao je Milatović.
On je dodao kako bi volio da se svaki nekridibilni investitor povuče iz Crne Gore.
Milotvić je kazao i da Toščelik, kako bi nastavio poslovanje u nikšićkoj Željezari, traži “nemoguće uslove” – prepolovljenu cijenu struje, subvencije za izvoz, oslobađanje od PDV-a….
Kazao je da ti uslovi nisu prihvatljivi ali da su razgovori u toku.
