NE POMAŽE NAJAVA ŠTRAJKA: Spajićev resor poručio advokatima da neće biti izuzeti iz fiskalizacije
Ne postoje opravdani i održivi argumenti, niti mogućnosti, za izmjenu propisa u smislu izuzimanja ove djelatnosti iz predmetne zakonske norme, saopštili su iz resora ministra finansija Milojka Spajića, reagujući na najave advokata da će, ukoliko ne budu izuzeti iz fiskalizacije, stupiti u štrajk.
“Predstavnici Ministarstva finansija i socijalnog staranja i Uprave prihoda i carina Crne Gore nastavili su razgovore sa predstavnicima Advokatske komore, kao i ostalim predstavnicima djelatnosti advokatskih i pravnih poslova”, naveli su i dodali da Ministarstvo finansija i socijalnog staranja i Uprava prihoda i carina Crne Gore još jednom ističu da su sve svoje kapacitete stavili na raspolaganje advokaturi u cilju pune primjene zakonskih odredaba, posebno zbog specifičnosti primjene tehnoloških rješenja Zakona o fiskalizaciji u prometu proizvoda i usluga.
Država je, kako navode, uradila sve da se olakša primjena Zakona, a uzimajući u obzir sve dosadašnje aktivnosti i da je dio ovih obveznika već prešao na ovaj sistem, ne postoje opravdani i održivi argumenti, niti mogućnosti, za izmjenu propisa u smislu izuzimanja ove djelatnosti iz predmetne zakonske norme.
“Takođe, podsjećamo da je projektni tim za implementaciju elektronske fiskalizacije uporno i predano sarađivao sa predstavnicima mnogih djelatnosti i ostaje na raspolaganju za dalju podršku u primjeni Zakona.
S tim u vezi, neophodno je da svi poreski obveznici u zakonom propisanom roku obezbijede preduslove za punu primjenu Zakona, testirajući fukcionalnosti sistema za e-fiskalizaciju kako bi se evidencija u prometu proizvoda i usluga sprovela jednoobrazno i neselektivno.
Zakon o fiskalizaciji u prometu proizvoda i usluga stupio je na snagu 7. avgusta 2019. godine. Primjena je, nakon jednogodišnjeg odlaganja, počela od 1. januara 2021. godine, uz uvođenje dodatnog roka za prelazak na sistem elektronske fiskalizacije od pet mjeseci”, navode iz Ministarstva finansija.
