POTROŠAČI Podgoričanka tvrdi da je PREVARENA: Prvo su mi rekli da imam pravo na subvenciju a sada traže da platim za 24 mjeseca
Čitateljka portala S.R. doživjela je, kako tvrdi, neprijatnost u kompaniji Telamach i – kaže – sada namjerava da zaštitu potraži na sudu. Naime, naša čitateljka je, kako navodi, 7. novembra prošle godine potpisala ugovor sa pomenutom kompanijom.
-Pošto sam bila korisnik m kabla, gdje sam kao korisnik tuđe njege i pomoći imala subvenciju, mladić koji je došao za instalaciju rekao mi je da imam pravo na subvenciju po pravu tudje njege i pomoći. Kada sam dobila račun na njemu je bio puni iznos i od tada sam se nekoliko puta mejlom obraćala Telamachu, zvala kol centar i išla u poslovnicu. Djevojka koja je radila prošle nedelje drugu smjenu isto me uvjerila da imam pravo na subvenciju i da ću bit obaviještena. Pošto me niko nije zvao otišla sam opet danas da bi mi druga radnica rekla da nemam pravo na subvenciju – prča S.R.
Na to je ona rekla da želi da raskine ugovor, i dobila odgovor da mora da plati puni iznos raučuna za 24 mjeseca, jer je na taj period potpisala ugovor.
S.R. kaže i da je dostavila svoju medicinsku dokumentaciju.
-Pitam se kako je moguće da mi u jednoj smjeni kažu jedno, a u drugoj drugo. I zašto su mi tražili medicinsku dokumentaciju ukoliko nema opcije za subvenciju. Ja sam majka četvoro djece, živimo od minimalnih primanja i svaki euro mi znači. Da su mi odmah rekli da nemam pravo, u redu, nije problem, to je poslovna politika ili procjena, ali da sa mnom igraju ping pong, to nije u redu, kaže ova Podgoričanka.
