PRIVATNI SMJEŠTAJ NA CG PRIMORJU PONOVO HIT U SRBIJI: Turisti već rezervišu za ljeto, dolaze u sopstvenom aranžmanu i – drumom
Nakon oluje, uvijek dolazi sunce! Prema informacijama turističkih poslenika u susjednoj Srbiji, interesovanje za Crnu Goru već sada je veliko, a najveći broj gostiju ovoga ljeta će doći u sopstvenom aranžmanu i – drumom.
Upravo kao što je i prognozirano, ali i logično zbog Covid pandemije, Crna Gora će ovoga ljeta imati najviše individualnih turista iz regiona, a najveći broj njih, i u regularnim okolnostima, odsijeda u privatnom smještaju.
Kako za VOP kaže Marko Ratić, vlasnik najpopularnijeg regionalnog sajta za izdavanje privatnog smještaja gdenamore.com. interesovanje građana Srbije, ali i Bosne i Hercegovne za ljetovanje na Crnogorskom primorju je već sada skoro na nivou iz rekordne 2019. godine.
“Razloga za to je više, i mislim da su, svi zajedno kreirali ambijent, da konačno izađemo iz ružnog perioda koji traje već više od godinu. Interesovanja je bilo i lani ali su crnogorske granice, nažalost, bile zatvorene tokom cijele ljetnje sezone, zbog čega je Crna Gora pretrpjela velike štete. Međutim, sada su granice otvorene, nema nikakvih restrikcija za turiste, nema obaveznih testova. Ogroman broj građana Srbije je vakcinisan, a mnogo ih je i preležalo koronu. Vakcinacija se i u Crnoj Gori sprovodi ubrzanim tempom, a najavljeni su i protokoli koji će predvidjeti šta se radi u slučaju da se neko, ipak, zarazi”, kaže Ratić.
On naglašava da već sada, recimo, ima šest autobuskih linija dnevno iz Beograda za Budvu. Uz to, kako kaže, Grčka je dosta “klimava i promenljivog raspoloženja pa će vjerovatno i ta činjenica usmjeriti dio i turista ka Crnoj Gori”.
On naglašava i da je Crnogorsko primorje, upkos nedostacima, i dalje omiljena destinacija srpskih turista.
“I to nije teško elaborirati, tu su, naravno tradicionalne veze, emocije, isti mentalitet, zabavni sadržaji za mlade, nepostojanje jezičke barijere…Ove godine, rekao bih, i određena doza čežnje. Mnogi nisu bili lani u Crnoj Gori i sada jedva čekaju da spakuju kofere”, objašnjava Ratić.
On dodaje da je broj upita za privatni smještaj na sajtu Gde na more, trenutno najveći za Budvu i Herceg Novi, ali i za druge gradove, Tivat, Kotor, Sutomore, Bar, Ulcinj…
“Ponuda privatnog smještaja je zaista velika, a popularnost sajta je zasnovana na činjenici da gost kontaktira direktno vlasnika smještaja, nema provizije, nema posredovanja, nema nikakvih taksi niti uslovljavanja. Vlasnici registruju smještaj, naprave svoj profil, fotografije, opis, i imaju svoj inbox u koji im stižu upiti, a obavještenja dobijaju na mejl”, pojašnjava Ratić.
Vlasnici privatnog smještaja na Crnogorskom primorju, mogu svoje kuće ili apartmane registrovati na sajtu Gde na more i izdavati direktno gostima iz regiona.
