UGLEDNI ADVOKATI VELIKI PORESKI DUŽNICI: Duguju ukupno 5,5 miliona, pojedini preko 100.000 eura
Crnogorski advokati apeluju da budu izuzeti iz elektronske fiskalizacije, dok Milica Vuletić iz Upprave prihoda kaže da oni za poreze duguju preko 5,5 miliona.
Najveći dužnik među njima ima neizmirene obaveze od 150.000 eura kazala je, za Jutarnji program TVCG, Vuletić.
Zbog toga je, kako je navela, važno da i advokati budu dio primjene Zakona o elektronskoj fiskalizaciji. Radi se, kako kaže Vuletić, o kategoriji poreskih obveznika koji stiču značajne prihode i samim tim posjeduju veliki fiskalni potencijal.
“Nakon naše analize utvrdili smo da preko 5,5 miliona eura iznose neizmirene obaveze ove kategorije poreskih obveznika. Najveći poreski dužnik ima neizmirene obaveze od čak 150.000 eura. To govori koliko je važno da oni budu pod nekom vrstom državnog nadzora, koji je isti kao i kod ostalih”, poručila je Vuletić.
Saopštila je i da sa Advokatskom komorom imaju stalne sastanke, ali dodaje da je važno da se obezbijedi puna primjena Zakona o elektronskoj fiskalizaciji.
Ponovila da nije tačno da je dogovoreno odgađanje primjene tog Zakona za advokate. Podsjeća da je rok za primjenu tog akta 1. jun ove godine.
“Nije moguće obezbijediti izuzimanje bilo kog poreskog obveznika. Ne postoje niti zakonske, niti tehničke okolnosti koje su ograničavajuće za advokate u primjeni ovog zakona”, kazala je Vuletić i dodala da su sve okolnosti ispoštovane i prilagođene advokatima.
