Predlogom budžeta ukupni primici budžeta zajedno sa depozitima su projektovani na 2,446 milijardi eura, od čega su primici dvije milijarde.
Izvorni prihodi su planirani na 1,87 milijardi, a izdaci na dvije milijarde.
Deficit budžeta projektovan je na 139 miliona, kapitalni budžet na 203 miliona, tekuća budžetska rezerva na oko 75 miliona, dok su nedostajuća sredstva projektovana na 575 miliona.
