UŽIVO: Spajić: Crna Gora je primila infuziju i treba da se oporavi (VIDEO)
Poslanici su u parlamentu počeli raspravu o Predlogu budžeta za 2021.godinu koji bi trebalo da stupi na snagu 1. juna ove godine.
Ministar fiansija i socijalnog staranja Milojko Spajić je kazao da je ovo zdrav budžet koji je dobio pohvale Evropske komisije, međunarodnog Monetarnog fonda, Svjetske banke i Evropske banke za obnovu i razvoj.
“Ovo je odgovoran budžet. Bili smo hrabri da zadržimo plate, penzije socijalna davanja i kapitlane investicije. Nije posegnuto za podizanjem nameta” poručio je Spajić i zamolio sve da shvate dubinu krize u državi.
“Zemlja je rekovalescent koji je primio infuziju i treba da se oporavi. Ovo je godina opravka i nemo sve odjednom da se uradi” poručio je Spajić.
Predlogom budžeta ukupni primici budžeta zajedno sa depozitima su projektovani na 2,446 milijardi eura, od čega su primici dvije milijarde.
Izvorni prihodi su planirani na 1,87 milijardi, a izdaci na dvije milijarde.
Deficit budžeta projektovan je na 139 miliona, kapitalni budžet na 203 miliona, tekuća budžetska rezerva na oko 75 miliona, dok su nedostajuća sredstva projektovana na 575 miliona.
Iz koalicije Crno na bijelo najavili su amandmane koje će predstaviti na konferenciji za medije danas u 12 časova.
Predstavljajući ovaj dokument, ministar finansija Milojko Spajić ga je ocijenio kao “najbolji budžet u istoriji Crne Gore”.
Poslvna udruženja u Crnoj Gori, međutim, sudeći po brojnim kritikama, nije saglasna sa ministrom.
Oni traže da se odustane od povećanja akciza na cigarete i zaslađene proizvode, kao i gazirana pića, uz argument da će to negativno uticati na prihodnu stranu budžeta, odnosno da će se prodaja ovih proizvoda smanjiti.
