Probajte dok je sezona! Paprike punjene sirom (RECEPT)

SASTOJCI:
4-5 crvenih paprika
1 jaje

150 g feta sira (ili po izboru)
2 kasike kiselog vrhnja
1 kasika nasjeckanog peršuna

so i biber po želji

PRIPREMA:
Rernu zagrijte na 200 stepeni. Paprike operite pa ih nožem razrežite po sredini, tako da peteljka ostane netaknuta,  izvadite sjemenke. Nauljite vatrostalnu posudu, složite paprike pa ih pecite dok ne omekšaju. Izvadite ih iz rerne, malo ih prohladite. U međuvremenu napravite nadjev.
Stavite sir u zdjelu, izgnječite ga viljuskom, dodajte mu jaje i kiselo vrhnje. Sve dobro promiješajte, pa dodajte peršun, so i biber. Paprike ogulite, malo posolite, rasporedite ih u vatrostalnu posudu, u svaku papriku stavite nadjev. Vratite ih u rernu na 10-ak minuta. Poslužite uz sezonsku salatu.

VARIJANTA 2:

Paprike napunjene sirom možete i pohovati tako sto ćete ih uvaljati u brasno i jaja i pržiti na vrelom ulju.
