Evo šta uraditi sa jajima preostalim od Vaskrsa

Ako vam je nakon trodnevnog praznovanja Vaskrsa preostalo kuvanih jaja, nemojte ih bacati – donosimo nekoliko odličnih recepata da ih iskoristite!

1. Salata od mladog krompira

Sastojcii za 4 osobe: veća glavica reckave zelene salate, 200 g rukole, 250 g mladih krompira, 150 g kačkavalja, 5-6 tvrdo kuvanih jaja, 3 kašike maslinovog ulja, kriška od oko 150 g hljeba, 3 kašike suncokretovog ulja, kašika sirćeta, 2 grančice ruzmarina, 2 kašike paprike u prahu i so. Mladi krompir operite pod mlazom hladne vode trljajući ga oštrim sunđerom kako biste mu skinuli tanku opnu. One nešto veće komade mladih krompirića prepolovite i kuvajte 15 minuta u ključaloj slanoj vodi. Ocedite, prebacite u veći teflonski tiganj i nekoliko minuta pržite na kašiki vrelog maslinovog ulja. Pospite sjeckanim iglicama ruzmarina, promiješajte i skinite sa ringle.

Jaja oljuštite pod mlazom hladne vode, posolite i obilato uvaljajte u papriku. Krišku hljeba isjeckajte na kockice i pržite ih na vrelom ulju da sa svih strana dobiju zlatno-žutu boju. Zelenu salatu i rukolu dobro operite, listove salate iscjepkajte prstima i sipajte u veću posudu za salatu. Dodajte mladi krompir, kockice hljeba i kačkavalja, kao i jaja isječena na kockice. Posolite, prelijte mješavinom ulja i sirćeta i služite.

2. Mimoza salata

Potrebno: 150 g šunke, 150 g kačkavalja, 3 jajeta barena, 1 kisela pavlaka, 2 veća barena krompira, 150 g majoneza.

Krompir obarite u ljuci, oljuštite i onda izrendajte. Posolite i pobiberite. Ređajte po red rendane šunke, rendanog krompira, kačkavalja i jaja. A između, svaki sloj premažite mješavinom majoneza i pavlake. Ukrasite rendanim jajima.

3. Punjena jaja

Preostala jaja možete i napuniti i to tako što ćete žumance pomiješati s nekim od sledećih sastojaka.

Kombinacija 1: malo majoneza, senfa i sjeckane šunke.

Kombinacija 2: malo pavlake ili sremskog sira, sitno sjeckane masline.

Kombinacija 3: sitno sjeckani kisjeli krastavčići, čajna kobasica, pomiješano s krem sirom i peršunom.

Kako god riješte da napunite jaja, svoje najmlađe ukućane možete obradovati posebnom i jednostavnom dekoracijom, jer je Uskrs praznik posebno posvećen djeci.

4. Pikantna jaja

Potrebno je: 6-8 jaja, 250 g feta sira, 1 kašika aleve paprike, 1 kašičica ljute paprike – može i manje, 1 dcl kisjele pavlake, rukola.

Priprema: Jaja isijecite na pola vodeći pri tom računa da se bjelanca ne iskidaju i da posle imate lijepe “ladjice”. Viljuškom usitnite feta sir, dodajte žumanca koja ste takođe usitnili, papriku i kisjelu pavlaku. Ova smjesa treba da je kremasta. Punite smjesom jaja koristeći malu kašičicu. Ukrasite rukolom.
