Mafini od staroga hljeba, ukusniji od novih!

Sastojci

  • 200 gr starog hljeba
  • 150 gr gljiva
  • 100 gr šunke
  • 70 gr feta sira
  • 80 ml mlijeka
  • 3 jaja
  • 2 kašike ulja
  • so, biber

Način pripreme

  1. Šampinjone izdinstajte dok ne omekšaju.
  2. Umutite jaja sa mlijekom pa u njih potopite hljeb izrezan na kockice.
  3. Dobro promiješajte i ostavite dok hljeb upije tečnost.
  4. Pomiješajte sa gljivama, šunkom i feta sirom pa punite kalupe za mafine.
  5. Pecite u rerni zagrijanoj na 200 stepeni 15-ak minuta.
