RUSI SE KUNU DA DJELUJE: Napitak od samo 2 sastojka za prirodno mršanje i čišćenje crijeva

Kefir sadrži vitamin D, kalcijum, proteine, vitamin B12, magnezijum, a jedna čaša sadrži svega 100 kalorija.
