RUSI SE KUNU DA DJELUJE: Napitak od samo 2 sastojka za prirodno mršanje i čišćenje crijeva
Kefir i lan za mršavljenje su vrhunska kombinacija koja vam pomaže da na prirodan način očistite svoj organizam i podstaknete brže gubljenje kilograma.
Ovaj napitak je veoma popularan u Rusiji.
Gotovo svaka žena u Rusiji svako jutro započinje ovim napitkom od samo dva sastojka. Ukoliko želite da izgubite suvišne kilograme, preporučuje se da uzimate kefir i lan ujutru na prazan želudac bar dva sata prije jela.
Priprema:
- Kefir
- Lan
Priprema je sasim jednostavna, samo pomiješajte ova dva sastojka i svako jutro, prije doručka popijte. Ovaj napitak će vas dugo držati sitim, a nećete imati ni potrebu za slatkišima, osim toga i iznenadni napadi gladi će izostati. Ovaj recept je dobar, takođe kada želite da uradite detoks organizma i izbacite višak vode.
Evo kako ovi sastojci utiču na organizam:
Kefir sadrži vitamin D, kalcijum, proteine, vitamin B12, magnezijum, a jedna čaša sadrži svega 100 kalorija.
Upravo je to jedan od razloga zbog čega se ova namirnica nalazi na redovnom meniju Ruskinja, koje nerijetko pribjegavaju dijeti baziranoj upravo na ovom mliječnom proizvodu i tako održavaju liniju.
Laneno sjeme blagotvorno djeluje na probavni trakt, smanjuje apetit, a samim tim i kilažu. Ono čisti crijeva, ali i može da pomogne u sagorijevanju sala.
