ŠERBEDŽIJI PRIJETI ZATVOR U AMERICI: Na sudu predmeti vrijedni više od POLA MILIONA EURA
Jedan od najpopularnijih glumaca bivše Jugoslavije, Rade Šerbedžija (74), sa drugom suprugom Lenkom živio je u Los Anđelesu, gdje su za malo više od milion dolara pazarili kuću.
Rade i njegova supruga su kuću kupili na kredit u julu 2004. godine, a prodali je šest godina kasnije, prije nego što su se vratili u Hrvatsku.
Iako se svih tih godina činilo da glumac i njegova porodica žive pravi američki san na dalekom zapadu, to nije bilo baš tako, jer su Šerbedžija i njegova supruga navodno mučili muku sa američkim kreditima.
Američki san za većinu doseljenika prava je noćna mora jer to zahtijeva dosta rada, a sve što se posjeduje povezano je s kreditnim obvezama, kamatama i porezima.
Isti problem navodno imaju i Šerbedžija i njegova draga, pa su u Los Anđelesu ostala porezna dugovanja koja su još uvijek aktualna. U službenim registrima može se vidjeti kako su se Rade i Lenka zbog nekretnina zaduživali kod više američkih banaka: Washington Mutual Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, National City Bank, tvrdi Imperial.net koji je čak objavio i izvjesne dokaze sa američkih sajtova.
Kako navode, ne samo da su Lenka i Rade imali hipoteku, već su navodno ostali dužni velike iznose za porez. Iznosi koji su navedeni u poreznim papirima kreću se od iznosa 2.335,27 dolara, preko iznosa od 178.898,68 dolara pa sve do 511.710, 20 dolara.
Zadnji, najveći iznos upisan je s datumom od 31. decembra 2010. Iznos od preko 178 hiljada dolara upisan je kao porezno zaduženje 2015. zasebno i na Radino i na Lenkino ime, a najmanji iznos od 2,3 hiljade dolara upisan je 2014. godine, ali u vezi transakcije iz 2010. godine.
Rade je u intervjuu opisao kako su se iz Los Angđelesa u Rijeku preselili 2011. godine. Dakle, nakon što su se vratili u Hrvatsku američki poreznici uočili su neplaćeni porez, te je ta dokumentacija završila u Poreskoj upravi u Los Anđelesu. U Americi se na neplaćeni porez obračunavaju kamate pa je sigurno da će ti iznosi samo rasti.
SAD, kao svaka uređena zemlja, oštro kažnjava izbegavanje plaćanja poreza, pogotovo kada se radi o velikim iznosima, većim od pola miliona dolara, pa je veliko pitanje hoće li se Rade Šerbedžija i Lenka Udovički uopšte više vraćati u Ameriku. Naime, i Lenka Udovički i Rade Šerbedžija imaju otvoren predmet na Srednjem okrugu Kalifornija Okružnog suda SAD-a (Central District of California | United States District Court), navodi pomenuti sajt.
