Doktor daje recept kako se izboriti sa ovim metaboličkim promenama
Dr Branimir Nestorović se osvrnuo na najnovija, alarmantna naučna istraživanja, da muškarci poslednjih godina imaju za 30 odsto niži testosteron, nego što su ga imali 1992.
“I bez medicinskog znanja su vidljivi simptomi fizičke feminizacije muškaraca kroz sve veći procenat ćelavosti, piskav glas, depresiju, hroničan umor i gubitak libida. Postoji više razloga zašto se ovo događa. Prvi su ksenoestrogeni odnosno hemijske materije iz plastike, koje imaju estrogenska dejstva. Ove materije djeluju i na nerođenu djecu, u utrobi majke, djelujući negativno na razvoj muških karakteristika”, piše na početku teksta doktor Branimir Nestorović i dodaje:
“Tokom proteklih 100 godina je u našu sredinu unijeto oko 85.000 hemikalija, od kojih većina nije prošla nikakva testiranja za uticaj na zdravlje ljudi ili okolinu. Posebno se u svojim efektima na snižavanje testosterone ističu diokisini i polihlorisani bifenili (PCBs). Istraživači iz Kolorada su dokazali da muške ribe razvijaju ženske polne organe, kada se u vodu dodaju ove materije. Nedavno testiranje je otkrilo da 80% rijeka i potoka u SAD sadrži visoke koncentracije ovih materija (plastika se često baca u vodu)”, tvrdi Nestorović.
On ističe da su drugi izvor estrogena u vodi oni iz kontraceptivnih pilula (žene ih izlučuju mokraćom i oni odlaze u kanalizaciju).
“Hormoni za održavanje trudnoće takođe utiče na fetuse muške djece, mijenjajući njihovu diferencijaciju. Ksenoestrogeni dovode do ozbiljnog disbalansa endokrinog sistema. Povezani su sa tumorima testisa kod muškaraca, dojke u žena, a remete i funkciju štitne žlijezde. Takođe, izazivaju ciste na janiku, migrene, fibrocističnu bolest dojke, uvećanje dojki kod muškaraca, promjene ponašanja”, objašnjava doktor i dodaje:
“Sredstva za čišćenje u kući, kao i tzv. antibakterijski sapuni, koji nisu ništa bolji u uklanjanju bakterija sa kože od običnih, sadrže triklozan, koji takođe ima estrogena dejstva. Drugi proces tokom koga muškarci dobijaju velike količine estrogena se odigrava u organizmu, zove se aromatizacija. Enzim aromataza pretvara testosterone u estrogene. Na to naročito utiču gojaznost, deficit cinka i visok unos šećera i alkohola, stres i zapaljenske bolesti. Nizak testosteron, gojaznost na stomaku i metabolički sindrom su uvek povezani”, upozorova Netorović.
On se poziva i na jednu naučnu studiju, sprovedenu 2013. na Tajvanu, koja je pokazala da postoji uzročna veza između dijabetesa i nivoa testosterone u krvi.

“Ona je dvosmjerna, dijabetes smanjuje nivo testosterona, a nizak testosteron u serumu predsponira ka dijabetesu (ćelavost, gojaznost, metanolički sindrom). Istraživanja iz Argentine ukazuju da je testosterone važan u regulisanju nivoa šećera u krvi. U ključnom istraživanju iz 2009. je pokazano da nizak testosteron predisponira ka kardiovaskularnim oboljenjima. Dakle, muškarci sa erektilnom disfunkcijom imaju visoku sklonost ka kardiovaskularnim oboljenjima. Masno tkivo na stomaku ima sposobnost da samo stvara estrogene, pogoršavaju sve opisane promjene”, tvrdi Nestorović.
Doktor ističe da je u jednom radu iz 2007. godine je pokazano da visoka koncentracija glukoze i fruktoze direktno smanjuje stvaranje proteina koji transportuje testosteron u krvi (SHBG), suzbijajući aktivnost gena koji kodira njegovu sintezu. U nedostatku ovog protein, nivo testosterona u krvi je nizak, čak i ako se stvara u dovoljnoj količini.
Kako povećati nivo testosterona?
-Jedite dosta voća i povrća
-Smanjite količinu šećera u ishrani
-Smanjite nivo stresa
-Kontrolišite zapaljenje (aspirin, antioksidansi itd)
-Ne uzimajte prekomjerne količine alkohola
-Unosite hranu koja podržava sintezu testosterone – cink, zeleni čaj, vitamin C
