Jelena Dokić, proslavljena australijska teniserka srpskog porijekla, doživjela je nestvarnu transformaciju.
Jelena je u oktobru 2018. godine imala čak 120 kilograma, a sada izgleda bolje nego ikad!
Bivša teniserka objavila je na svom Instagram profilu fotografije sa odmora u Hrvatskoj i svojim sjajnim izgledom ostavila je bez teksta pratioce na ovoj popularnoj društvenoj mreži.
Dokićeva blista, mnogi smatraju da izgleda bolje nego u igračkim danima.
Podsjetimo, kada se povukla iz tenisa počeli su Jelenini problemi sa kilogramima. Godinama je živela i hranila se nezdravo. Bila je nesrećna, nesigurna, a utjehu je pronalazila u hrani. Ljudi su bili u potpunom šoku kada su vidjeli da Jelena, koja je važila za jednu od najatraktivnijih teniserki, ima čak 120 kilograma. Zbog izgleda i komentara koji su kružili na društvenim mrežama bilo ju je sramota da izađe iz kuće.
Onda je odlučila da promijeni svoj život iz korijena. Riješila je da vrati svoju kilažu iz igračkih dana. Ušla je u program za mršavljenje i na svom Instagram profilu objavljivala fotografije na kojima se jasno mogao vidjeti napredak.
Njena transformacija je zaista impresivna. U oktobru prošle godine je imala 120 kilograma i cilj je bio da se vrati na staru kilažu – 66 kilograma. Djeluje da je ostvarila zacrtano. Konačno izgleda srećno i ispunjeno.
PROGRAM ZA MRŠAVLJENJE
Jelena Dokić je započela program za mršavljenje koji je osmislila Dženi Krejg.
“Nisam znala da sam za to kada sam započela sa ovim programom, ali veoma brzo sam otkrila koliko je lako i zgodno i kako je zapravo hrana ukusna. Voljela sam i činjenicu što su svi moji obroci spremljeni gotovo bez potrošenog vremena i imala sam više od 70 obroka da izaberem bez da da ugrozim pohod ka gubitku kilograma. Omiljeni dio procesa bila je činjenica da imam sopstvenog stručnjaka koga viđam jednom nedjeljno i koji me podržava na mom putu. Ovakva podrška mijenja život”, rekla je jednom prilikom Jelena.
